Become more acute observers and beauty seekers by training our hands to draw what we see using line. We will practice drawing from photographs as well as from life with a focus on letting go of our preconceived notions about objects and more accurately mapping out what is actually there. The instructor will introduce students to viewfinders, contour line drawings, negative spaces, perspective, mapping lines and more.

All supplies are included in the cost of the class. Paper, pencil, eraser, watercolor pencil, gesso, and vine charcoal.
