This is a thorough class for beginners who want to learn the basics of watercolor. You will learn beginning techniques including wet-in-wet and how to allow watercolor to do what it does best. We will review selecting watercolor paper, pigment and brushes. Brush control and pigment values as well as other tips wiill be practiced. 
 
You will go home with a 12"x7.5" painting of the flowers above.
 
All supplies are included. You will use the same quality of brush, paper and paint that Edna uses and you will go home with your set. 
 
Once you learn these techniques and have practiced using your new skills, you'll be ready to learn more in Edna's Level II class.
